Blowfish is a project that I’ve always been very proud of. We truly brought something unique to Toronto infusing innovative food with great design and a sexy atmosphere. 14 years later we are still offering the same experience although many others have caught on and what once made us so unique is the template or a King West restaurant these days. In 2014 Blowfish went through a major renovation and expansion with a full redesign of the dining room and a new bar / lounge being built where our laneway patio once was. In 2016 we welcomed our new Executive Chef Daniel Ken and thanks to him our menu (link to Blowfish food gallery) is the best it’s ever been.
